1. Log on to chase.com and set up your account. On the home page you can select "credit cards." The site will ask you for personal information, such as your Social Security Number and your credit card number. Chase.com is a secure site, so this information can be safely entered.
2. Fill out the information requested section for setting up your online account. They will ask for additional information and request you set up a user name and password. A confirmation email will be sent that must be confirmed prior to entering the credit card site.
3. Log into your personal account with your user name and password. You can view all your Chase credit cards, including balances and due dates. Below your balance, is a link that takes you to a summary of your rewards. Click on this to enter into the rewards section of the site.
4. Check available points and rewards. These should be listed in the upper left hand corner in red. The types of rewards are listed under categories, such as Get Cash or Choose a Gift Card. Each reward details the number of points required.
5. Select the reward. The site will then mail the reward to you, if applicable. In some cases an option to rush the reward is available for a cost. Most rewards will take 2-4 weeks for delivery.
