www.ATT.com/TransferService is the link for you to transfer your AT&T service to another customer, receive service from another customer. If you no longer wish to be financially responsible for your wireless service and contract, and another person is willing to take on the responsibility/liability of your account, AT&T can perform a Transfer of Billing Responsibility on your account. This would take the account from your name and Social Security number/credit information to another person's name and Social Security number/credit information.
To receive service from someone else at www.ATT.com/TransferService, you need to be 18 years old or above with a credit evaluation, and accept the remaining contract term from the date the transfer takes place. An $18 Transfer of Service Fee (per line) will be assessed for all transfers completed over the phone or at a retail store. In order to finish the transfer service process, you need to login AT&T myWireless account at www.ATT.com/myWireless.
Other than AT&T account service transfer, you can also bring your number, which is within another wireless network, to AT&T. You need to make sure the phone number is eligible for account transfer to AT&T, check it online at AT&T local number portability check page.
