What are the basic postulates of Measurement

There are nine postulates basic to measurement that are proposed by Campbell 1938 and repeated after him with variations (Comrey 1939; Helson 1950; Reese 1943; and Stevens 1951).
The first three postulates have to do with identities.
The next two postulates have to do with rank order.
The last four postulates have to do with additivity.
The nine postulates are-
• Either a = b or a≠b
• If a=b, then b=a
• If a=b and b=c, then a=c
• If a>b then b not>a
• If a>b and b>c then a>c
• If a=p and b=o then a+b>p
• a+b=b+a
• If a=p and b=q, then a+b=p+q
• (a+b)+c=a+(b+c)
