Go to http://www.socialsecurity.gov/payee to SSI online payment. www.socialsecurity.gov/payee is the Social Security's Representative Payment Program website page. At the website you can online complete your payee account. You can pay your family or friends bill as a representative.

To Online payment;

If you interested on online payment firstly you need a payee account online. To complete payee account firstly go to www.socialsecurity.gov/payee and click "Complete your payee account online" in the middle position of the page.
Next steps; If you are existing user please click "Login" and enter your user ID and password to login in your account. Otherwise click on "Register" to create a new account. To create a new account you will need your personal information, your contact information and account related information. e.g. security question, password, username etc.

Next steps; enter your personal information with social security number with phone and fax umber. After complete the page click "Next" For more information please visit the website link.

Social Security has no authority to withhold state or local taxes from your benefit. Many states and local authorities do not tax Social Security benefits. However, you should contact your state or local taxing authority for more information.
