The official website for the state of Michigan Food Assistance Program and SER-Energy Services can be found at www.michigan.gov/mibridges. A quick visit to this website and one can determine their eligibility for benefits, apply for benefits, and view their case if they have previously applied. For computer novices, a practice link is provided to improve confidence in navigating the website. If you already have an account user ID and password, then simply login to MI Bridges and check the status of your account.

If you do not currently have an active or pending food assistance case begin by clicking on “Apply For Benefits” to begin the new account creation process. You can click on “Am I Eligible?” to check if you’re qualified to join the Food Stamps program.

If you have an active or pending case, click on “View My Case”, then follow the prompts to create a new user ID. Once you register, you can login the website to check your Bridge Card balance and report your changes online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Through this official webpage, you can apply for your social security benefts. These benefits include social security retirement, disability benefits and medicare benefits.

If you have not apply before, you can check whether you qualify for the benefits and use the online calculator to estimate your future benefits. There is a screening tool that allows you to identify the different program allowed by social security. An online estimator can also show you the retirement estimate that is based on your earnings records. If you were previously rejected, you can also use the online services to appeal a decision.
