Measurement is the process of knowing about physical qualities of objects and individuals.
Evaluation is the method for determining differences among peoples according to some qualities or characteristics.
In measurement there is an extent or volume of anything that is being expressed
In evaluation there is an appraisal that is being undertaken either for two purposes: improvement & promotion purposes.
Measurement is the quantitative evaluation of individuals’ characteristics or attributes.

Evaluation is the qualitative description of individuals’ characteristics or attributes
The collection of information on which a decision is made.
The use of measurement in making decisions.
For example, length, weight, height, volume, density, and so on
For Example, policies, performances, process, and so on.
