Go to http://www.vonage.com/activate to Vonage phone. If you purchased your Vonage Telephone Adapter from a retail location, you must first time activate your Vonage phone at vonage website. To acticate you will need 12 digit MAC ID. MAC ID is located on your Vonage Telephone Adapter. other wise you can buy
To activate-
firstly go to www.vonage.com/activate and select sign up option. If you new user select "I bought my Vonage device at retail and want to activate a new account" otherwise if you are existing customer, select "Current Customer Login" next steps, enter your your MAC ID click "submit MAC address. please wait 30 minutes before checking for a dial tone.
